Customer Pricing Notice
Our stated pricing advertised is for CASH sales. At the time of checkout, you will be presented with a choice between the discounted CASH price or the price for using any other form of payment, including a credit or debit card, which will reflect the additional cost of the non-cash transaction. You may choose either form of payment at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Gratuities are not included. Cash gratuities are appreciated.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Policy: At Oriental Massage Wellness, we understand that unexpected events can arise—business meetings, project deadlines, travel delays, car troubles, severe weather, or illness. While we sympathize, we must also be fair to our clients and respectful of our therapists’ time. For this reason, we ask that you follow our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations: If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. At our discretion, this fee may be deducted from your balance, gift certificate, or sent via payment link. Otherwise, it must be paid before booking your next session.

No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full price of the session. Future appointments may be denied until payment is received.
Out of respect for your therapist and fellow clients, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
