SPA POLICIES & CLIENT GUIDELINES

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancel online for free up to 24 hours prior, or notify us via phone/text at least 2 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations under 2 hours notice will incur a 50% fee.

Late Arrival: Running late? Please notify us 10 minutes in advance to keep your full session time. Unnotified late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

No-Show: Arriving 15 minutes late without contact is considered a No-Show and will be charged 100% of the service fee. Future bookings will be paused until unpaid fees are settled.

Illness Policy: For the safety of our staff and clients, please reschedule if you feel unwell or show symptoms of contagious illness.

Minors Policy: Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the consent form before receiving services.

Credit Card Processing Fee: Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions at the counter.

Customer Pricing Notice
Our stated pricing advertised is for CASH sales. At the time of checkout, you will be presented with a choice between the discounted CASH price or the price for using any other form of payment, including a credit or debit card, which will reflect the additional cost of the non-cash transaction. You may choose either form of payment at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
